ECSPLICITE : First post from 2012

The purpose of this blog is that it becomes the cornerstone of ECSPLICITE’s new way of communicating. In the same manner, we have recently launched our FaceBook page to provide – initially - a rallying point for our staff, spread all over the World, and later to meet all participants taking training with us.
As Managing Director, my wish is to reinforce ECSPLICITE’s unique identity. This identity must be felt in every detail, and in all aspects of our company’s daily life. All the people who belong to, contribute to, and moreover shape ECSPLICITE may now better communicate together and share their experiences, passions, ideas, etc. I could myself lead these exchanges. But I wouldn’t achieve much alone, really. I will not steer it: this blog, like the FaceBook page, is going to be what WE will make of it. And nothing competes with what YOU can bring to these pages.
This move into a modern way of communication comes as we decided to move a step further into shaping tomorrow’s company. As I write these lines (September 2012), ECSPLICITE is promoting 2 long-trusted trainers to a solid managing position, as both Regina and James are here at HQ learning our recruitment process to become full members of our Training Management department.
It’s the first time ever real responsibilities are being delegated out of HQ.
ECSPLICITE is constantly evolving and we’re thrilled with this new experience – blog, FaceBook, social networks, etc. We are also constant in our ambition to rally our staff to our company’s values: sharing the knowledge, listening to others, making efforts to listen and understand others, eventually in the process setting the grounds for real dialogue between people in a professional context.
